Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund Window
Customers may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date for eligible Business Consulting Services. Requests made after this period will not be considered for a refund.
Qualifying Conditions
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The service must have been purchased directly from Business Vision Partners.
- The service must not have been fully utilized or completed.
- The request for a refund must be submitted in writing and include the purchase details.
Cancellation Procedure
To cancel a service, clients must notify Business Vision Partners at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations can be made via email or phone. Failure to provide notice may result in a forfeiture of any refund.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for services that have been partially delivered. The amount refunded will be determined based on the extent of the services rendered and any associated costs incurred.
Non-Refundable Items/Services
The following items/services are non-refundable:
- Consulting sessions that have been completed.
- Customized reports or deliverables that have been provided.
- Any services categorized as “non-refundable” at the time of purchase.
Processing Time
Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days after receipt of the request. Clients will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
