Acceptance
By engaging with Business Vision Partners (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client” or “you”) agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not engage our services. Your acceptance of our services constitutes your agreement to these Terms.

Business Vision Partners specializes in providing tailored strategic consulting solutions for professional enterprises. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Strategic Planning and Business Development

Our consulting services are designed to help you achieve your business objectives and improve overall performance.
Ordering / Engagement
To engage our services, you must submit a formal request outlining your consulting needs. Upon receipt, we will review your requirements and provide a proposal, including scope, timeline, and fees. Engagement is confirmed only upon mutual agreement and signing of a Consulting Agreement.
Payment & Pricing
All fees for our consulting services will be detailed in the Consulting Agreement. Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower.
Delivery / Performance
Our consulting services will be delivered according to the timeline specified in the Consulting Agreement. We commit to providing high-quality, professional consulting services, but we cannot guarantee specific results as outcomes depend on various factors including your engagement and implementation of our recommendations.
Client agrees to provide necessary access to information, personnel, and resources required for us to effectively deliver the services. Delays in providing such access may result in delays in service delivery.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created during the consulting engagement, including reports, presentations, and methodologies, remains the property of Business Vision Partners. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for your internal business purposes only.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our consulting services. You shall not use our intellectual property in any way that infringes on our rights or the rights of any third party.
Disclaimers & Warranties
While we strive to provide accurate and reliable consulting services, we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any advice or recommendations provided. Our services are advisory in nature, and you are responsible for making the final decisions regarding your business strategies and operations.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our consulting services or reliance on our advice.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall our liability for any claim exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific consulting services related to that claim. This limitation applies to all claims, including but not limited to breach of contract, negligence, and any other legal theory.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes & Contact
